Please Accept my humble obeisances. All Glories to the Founder-Acharya of ISKCON, His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
The following is a url link to a video presentation. It is my personal rebuttal to a video internet lecture given on or about August 8, 2008 by a senior god brother, a member of the current GBC who was one of the original 11 'acharyas' of the zonal acharya days, namely Hrdayananda das Gosvami. Hrdayananda's lecture is entitled "Understanding Srila Prabhupada's Teachings Correctly". It is such a divisive and misleading title, as his lecture simply gives arguments and justifications based on some intellectual wrangling of ideas of how one can discriminately and selectively reject certain aspects of Srila Prabhupada's teachings including Srila Prabhupada's divine purports.
The video presentation is long, and you will need high speed internet - it is 1 hour and 40 min (100 minutes). His original lecture was over 1 hour. I edited his down, but added my rebuttal of his remarks.

For those of you who may think that I have made some offensive remarks, please consider my view point. Hrdayananda has fallen down. He has lost faith in his guru. He does not know Srila Prabhupada's actual position, who he really is. I found his lecture demeaning to Srila Prabhupada, who is my spiritual master.
Hrdayananda is openly giving argument for selectively rejecting aspects of Srila Prabhupada's teachings which Hrdayananda finds unacceptable, and untruthful.
But, he is actually also rejecting shastra and the laws of dharma, social religious codes as well.
Simply put, I found his lecture to be offensive to my guru-maharaja, Srila Prabhupada, and I have responded, at times sharply or with passion, and sometimes using not so kind words. This was a natural result of hearing such belittling of Srila Prabhupada's position and his teachings. If some of you think this is offensive on my part, it is my view that I am simply defending Srila Prabhupada's teachings and his position as being the transparent via media - authorized current representative from Krishna.
